I’m probably one of the most consistent customers! I’ve been ordering since the beginning, in bulk! I’ve gotten many friends and family drinking them when it’s a widely unheard of beverage. However, the inconsistency of availability is insane. I was an auto ship customer that constantly wasn’t shipped my product because it was out of stock. Or they were having shipping issues. None of which was conveyed until i emailed (relentlessly at times)! I eventually cancelled. Now, i ordered from Amazon the new flavor. It came within 2 days. Then i went back to website to order Ginger lemon, it said it was in stock. I paid express shipping! Here we are over a week later and it still has not shipped. No email update. I love this drink. I just wish this company could figure out fulfillment! We have Sprouts all over this city, and not one of them has it in stock. If it’s not available to ship, put that on the website but the communication of this company is not great. The customer shouldn’t have to follow up for weeks asking for their items to be shipped!! One of times that i did reach out and when they shipped a “reserve that they held back for auto ship customers”- the products came and they were expired! And was completely different flavors than those i ordered!
I stupidly keep coming back but it’s a drink that i really enjoy and feel like it really helps! Please figure out logistics and customer service bc I love these drinks!
